Are you an experienced waitperson with a passion for hospitality? Sagra Restaurant is seeking new casual team members for 10-15 hours per week.

About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in our restaurant. Your restaurant responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up the restaurant, including outdoor seating arrangements
  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Taking customer orders efficiently and with a smile
  • Making and serving Alcoholic drinks (RSA required)
  • Must be able to work at least Friday night or Saturday night shift regularly

About You:

We're looking for an experienced waitperson with a passion for Italian food

  • A friendly demeanour and inclusive work style
  • Knowledge of Italian food and wines - training can be provided if Italian food is not your area
  • A genuine love for hospitality
  • Excellent customer service skills

About Us:

Sagra Restaurant is a small rustic Italian restaurant with 35-45 seats, located in the heart of Darlinghurst. Our food celebrates seasonality and simplicity, with a focus on homemade ingredients, including breads, hand-rolled pasta, and whole animal butchery. We are friendly and like to work with similar people, we believe that happy and comfortable staff contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.
