About the Role

We are seeking a full time casual Counter Sales Person to join our friendly team with the potential of becoming permanent for the right applicant.

As the first point of contact for clients and customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting our sales team

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers at the counter in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Processing sales orders accordingly.
  • Advising customers on suitable products and making relevant recommendations.
  • Supporting the sales team to ensure efficient operations.

About You

You are friendly, approachable, proactive, and professional, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome and supported.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Successfully completed year 12 of high school
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High accuracy of data entry and data management.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service
  • Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude
  • MYOB knowledge is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to professionalism.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
