Process Workers

Armstrong Flooring, Australia's only manufacturer of resilient floor coverings, currently has opportunities for process workers to join our well-established Australian owned business.   Armstrong has flourished, in times of prosperity, change and challenge, on delivering quality products and customer service excellence.

The role may involve (but is not limited to):

  • Working on production line
  • Operation of machinery
  • Stock handling
  • Feeding raw materials
  • Packaging finished goods
  • General factory duties (including manual handling)
  • Production reporting
  • Maintaining a safe working environment

We are looking for punctual, adaptable, resourceful, and proactive employees with the following attributes:

  • Forklift licence required
  • Ability to work as a team member as well as ability to work without supervision
  • Manufacturing experience preferred by not essential
  • Excellent comprehension of written and verbal instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication and sound numerical skills
  • Strong work ethic and a positive and energic attitude.

These positions are full-time roles working day shift, commencing as soon as possible. The roles entail a variety of work, excellent wages, onsite parking and good working conditions.
