C&H Recruitment is seeking a Sales/ Custom Service professional  to join our client's team in Annandale area NSW.

About the Role

  • Taking orders over the phone with strong ability to streamline processes for customers and clients
  • Following up orders with customers and clients
  • Provide product information and recommendations - Hardware experience preferred but not essential
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with care
  • Monday to Friday position

You will need

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both via email, phone and in person providing excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS  (Point of Sale) system - Essential
  • Must be presentable due to customer interaction
  • Experience in a hardware materials - Preferred but not essential
  • A positive attitude and team spirit
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
