Sales & Compliance Administrator

About the Role:
Our client Samsung Electronics is a well-known and highly respected global brand in the electronics industry and is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Compliance Administratorto join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer rebate contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivering accurate reporting to support key business decisions. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain contract accuracy, verify claims and support audits. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer rebate contracts and yearly accruals.
- Ensure contracts are updated, signed and compliant with internal policies.
- Monitor and report on sales admin performance, claims and accruals.
- Prepare audit reports and support compliance reviews.
- Verify rebate submissions and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide claim forecasts and support system updates.
- Develop templates and toolkits to support process compliance.
- Escalate compliance breaches and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Detail orientated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently work with stakeholders across all levels.
- Agile and able to adapt rapid changes.
