About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to plan, organise, and coordinate office administration and services. You will manage daily office operations independently, oversee resources, and ensure smooth, compliant workplace functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and review office services and operational priorities.
  • Allocate resources, workspace, and equipment to support business needs.
  • Maintain office records, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve administrative and facility-related issues.
  • Oversee office facilities, utilities, and general maintenance.
  • Support HR functions including staff onboarding and workspace setup.
  • Implement workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Assist with office security systems (CCTV, access control) where relevant.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in office administration and independently managing office operations.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience liaising with vendors and coordinating office resources.
  • Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.

Desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications such as MBA, Diploma in Management, or Certificates in Administration, Facilities Management, or Security Operations.
  • Experience supporting HR functions including onboarding, workspace setup, or recruitment logistics.
  • Familiarity with office security systems (CCTV, access control).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Able to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace while liaising effectively with stakeholders.
