Our wonderful client, a leading independent small-animal practice located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, is looking for a qualified and confident Veterinary Nurse to join their growing team.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time or part-time position for a qualified Veterinary Nurse (Certificate IV or equivalent).

You'll be involved in all areas of nursing, including:

  • Surgical and anaesthetic monitoring
  • In-patient care and treatment plans
  • Client communication and education
  • Laboratory and pathology tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and organised hospital environment

We're looking for someone who can bring confidence, compassion, and teamwork to an already high-performing clinic.


About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
  • Excellent animal-handling and patient-care skills
  • A friendly and professional approach to client communication
  • Strong teamwork and initiative
  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to best-practice veterinary care
