Are you an experienced Dermal Therapist looking to join a collaborative, professional, and supportive team? We are seeking a passionate and qualified therapist to join our well-established, highly regarded Plastic Surgery Group in Malvern.

About Us:

Our clinic is part of a respected plastic surgery practice, offering a comprehensive range of aesthetic and skin health services. Recently renovated, our modern and tranquil treatment rooms provide an exceptional working environment for both staff and clients.

You will be working alongside a team of experienced dermal therapists and injectable nurses, within a culture that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.

About the Role:

  • Part-time position: 2–3 days per week (days negotiable)
  • Perform a range of advanced dermal therapies and skin treatments
  • Work collaboratively with our surgical and non-surgical teams to deliver holistic patient outcomes
  • Engage in patient consultations, treatment planning, and ongoing care
  • Continue developing your skills with access to ongoing education and support

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Dermal Therapist
  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Dermal Therapy or related field
  • Confident in performing a variety of skin treatments (e.g. chemical peels, laser, skin needling, etc.)
  • Passionate about skin health and delivering exceptional results
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to continuous learning
