We're an Australian-based brand shipping globally from hubs in APAC, Europe, and North America. With strong momentum and a loyal creative audience, we're aiming to triple our growth over the next three years.

Why we need you

As we grow from a beloved niche into a global creative brand, we're looking for a senior marketer to lead our global marketing efforts across B2C and B2B. You'll work closely with our in-house Creative team and channel leads to drive our global marketing efforts and take Urth to the next level. This is a hands-on role where you will be setting the strategy and implementing it, in Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta daily, and coordinating the team to deliver your vision.

What you'll lead

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain Urth's global marketing calendar across all channels, rolled out across Shopify, Wholesale and Amazon, encompassing product launches, brand campaigns, events, and sale events.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Create integrated campaigns and detailed execution plans, coordinating planning and execution with internal Creative, Performance Marketing, Amazon and Wholesale teams.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team on creative ideation, briefing, concepting, in-house and external content creation, campaign shoots, and project management.
  • Drive campaign execution across the team to deliver flawless, memorable and aspirational campaigns that engage our community and build Urth into an internationally recognised photography brand.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare monthly/campaign reporting and refine marketing approaches and drive commercial growth.

eCommerce & Digital Experience

  • Manage our Shopify stores operations to ensure optimal performance and conversion rates, manage merchandising, rollout campaign related changes.
  • Architect, create and monitor connected journeys across channels to deliver a seamless user experience (including social, search, Shopify, and email).
  • Own and manage Shopify channel performance, ensuring revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and profitability targets are achieved.

CRM & Customer Retention

  • Own Klaviyo, delivering campaigns over email and SMS, lifecycle marketing and optimising flows through advanced audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Monitor, report on and optimise campaign and flow revenue, retention, and LTV.

Meta

  • Own creative and campaign strategy for Meta Ads, working closely with Performance Marketing who will manage scaling/optimisation. Brief our internal Creative team on new ads and optimisations to achieve brand awareness, marketing efficiency, revenue and profitability targets are achieved.

Protect and elevate the brand

  • Ensure all marketing touch points maintain brand voice, tone, aesthetic, and storytelling standards.

Team Development

  • As Urth scales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing team structure and mentoring new hires.

What we're looking for:

  • Bring 6+ yrs in marketing and eCommerce for a design-led consumer brand.
  • A track record of creating and implementing marketing plans that transform brand and business performance.
  • Deep familiarity with photography culture and content - it's important that you speak the language of our audience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency coordinating teams such as Performance Marketing, Creative, Wholesale, Product and Operations teams to deliver high impact, memorable campaigns on time.
  • A creative marketer with both a strong visual eye and excellent written communication skills able to collaborate with design teams and craft compelling messaging.
  • Platform expertise with an ability to interpret eCommerce, email, and social media metrics and optimize performance based on data.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and independently solving challenges.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working cross-functionally.
