Business Manager – Western Sydney | Blue Collar Labour Hire

We're looking for a vibrant, hands-on Business Manager to take the reins of our busy Western Sydney branch, leading a talented team and driving operational excellence while growing key client relationships in the blue-collar labour hire space.

What you'll be doing:

· Leading and mentoring a high-performing team (Account Managers & Consultants)

· Overseeing daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery

· Building, defending, and growing key client accounts in Western Sydney

· Driving recruitment quality, compliance, and WHS best practice

· Monitoring branch performance and delivering on financial targets

· Identifying new opportunities and turning them into business growth

What we're looking for:

· Proven leadership experience in recruitment, staffing, or branch operations (blue collar preferred)

· A strong track record in both operational delivery and business development

· Confidence in managing client relationships, negotiations, and growth plans

· Excellent people leadership skills — coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team

· Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and forecasts

· A proactive, energetic, and solutions-focused mindset
