We're currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about people, love a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a workplace that genuinely values its team – we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be a key part of creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
  • Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

  • Be a strong communicator – in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Be organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
