We are the largest parts distributor servicing all major car brands, nationally. Based in Pinkenba, Brisbane. We are looking to increase our team to keep up with demand.

Customer Service Supervisor

Start 7:30am – 3:50pm

The Warehouse is situated at, 180 Holt Street, Pinkenba

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the position involves:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Sales, Inventory) to resolve customer issues
  • Customer enquiries, Missing Freight, Incorrect parts supplied, miss shipments
  • Monitor the Customer Service email in box
  • Review and action requests from the Order Change email (e.g., cancellations, redirections
  • Request ETA information from Inductions and Inventory
  • Obtain freight quotes for Sales and clients
  • Escalate customer concerns or complaints to appropriate parties as needed
  • Where interdepartmental input is required, liaise with the relevant team or provide a clear handover.
  • Collaborate with freight companies
  • Delegate tasks to a team member

What you need to have:

  • Computer skills, Microsoft Suite
  • Good phone manner
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

The ability to work with customers and staff with attention to detail and be a reliable team player is highly regarded in this position. On the job training will be provided for the successful applicant.
