Digital Marketing Specialist

At Market Ease Digital, we're scaling, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help take us, and our clients, to the next level.

This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution. You'll own the marketing direction for a portfolio of clients, partner with senior business leaders, and guide a talented project team to deliver results that matter.

Supported by our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a portfolio of clients and mentoring our project teams.

You'll take full ownership of account strategy, be the primary client liaison, and ensure our marketing work aligns with the client's business objectives, while coaching your team members to continually grow and develop.

You'll also bring strong technical and analytical capability across major platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Klaviyo), CRM integrations, and conversion tracking.

Client Strategy & Insight

• Lead marketing strategy for your portfolio of clients
• Share actionable insight in client meetings and reporting - always aligned to business outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor and marketing partner to senior client stakeholders

Campaign Oversight & Execution

• Ensure ad creative, messaging, and campaign setup follow best practices and deliver results
• Oversee advanced conversion tracking (GA4, server-side tracking, offline conversions, e-commerce tracking)
• Liaise with third-party suppliers as needed to ensure accurate tracking and data flow

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor, guide, and support the development of project team members
• Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement within your team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (video production, data science, creative, SEO/AEO) to deliver integrated marketing solutions
• Identify and introduce complementary services that can drive additional client value, where appropriate

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of Market Ease's internal marketing processes

Skills & experience

• Deep understanding and experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4 & Klaviyo
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior business leaders
• Strong marketing strategy experience across diverse industries
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Experience working collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in an agency environment is preferred
• Basic design skills (for briefing creative teams) are a plus
• Strong ability to manage and prioritise competing tasks and deadlines
