Position: Female Disability Support Worker (Casual)

We Care Plus is approved NDIS service provider. We Support people with Disabilities and Mental health condition in their home and community across Victoria. Currently we need some passionate Female Disability Support workers who has experience in personal care and mental health to support our NDIS participants in Melbourne.

Job Summary:

· Supporting young participant with challenging behaviour in their home and taking them for community access.

· Supporting to set their routine, helping them to build capacity for their daily living skills

· Assist with the delivery of activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of those in their care

· Provide high quality, professional and individualized support to customers.

· Complete all administrative tasks

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

· NDIS Worker Screening Check

· Cert 3 In disability or equivalent Previous experience in the disability field

· First Aid Certificate and CPR

· Working with Children's Check

· Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.

· Driver's license

· A reliable vehicle

We Care Plus provides:

· Pre— employment training

· Ongoing training and development

Shyft Types: From 2 hours shift to 5 Hours of shift (Apply if you are happy to cover short shifts.)
