Evoke Living Homes is a local family owned and operated builder specialising in Modular Homes.

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Full Time Contracts Administrator. We offer training as required and encourage growth and development within the organisation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a contracts administration or similar administrative role
  • Knowledge of planning and building approval processes
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to suit your audience and the ability to mediate and negotiate.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with the ability to develop specific objectives, plan and prioritise systematically to accomplish these objectives within set time frames
  • Familiarity with HSEQ systems and procedures
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the building or construction industry (advantageous)
  • You are proactive, nimble mover, well organized and process minded
  • Evident passion for self-development, and a great team player e.g., Humble – Hungry – Smart
  • You have a positive can-do attitude and an agile, adaptable approach to problem-solving and teamwork
  • You work well under pressure, keep a calm demeanor even when setbacks occur

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles, maintaining budgets and cost allocation

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shire approvals and all site connection applications (e.g., Water Corp, Synergy)
  • Participate in pre-sale design consultations to ensure alignment with client outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to clients and conduct prestart consultations
  • Manage planning and building applications, liaising with consultants and securing documentation
  • Draft contracts and assist with quote requests for soil, BAL assessments, and surveys
  • Obtain architectural, engineering drawings as needed
  • Implement or improve systems and procedures relevant to the role
  • Complete daily timesheets with accurate job allocations
  • Maintain a professional personal presentation in line with Evoke Living Homes standards
  • Undertake training as directed to support your development
  • Comply with Evoke Living Homes Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures
