The Partner Sales role focuses on driving business growth by building strategic partnerships across the APAC region and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Through proactive outreach, tailored campaigns, and collaboration, this role supports Eightcap's mission to deliver innovative trading solutions and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales: Drive partnership growth through proactive outreach, including phone calls, video calls, and emails, targeting businesses such as high-net-worth influencers, educational platforms, and online review sites across the APAC region.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Event Representation: Represent Eightcap at leading global Forex expos. Potentially, with opportunities for overseas travel.
- Client Relationship Development: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key partners by organising tailored campaigns and programme metrics that align with their goals and business objectives.
- Operational Contribution: Play an active role in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Partners business, contributing ideas and solutions to drive growth.
- Compliance Collaboration: Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all partnership activities align with regulatory policies and internal guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Interest or experience in financial markets, trading, or fintech is highly regarded.
- A driven and enthusiastic professional with a passion for sales and relationship management
- Bilingual proficiency to support diverse partner interactions across the APAC region.
- Background in finance, either as a finance graduate or with up to 2 years of experience in a finance role and/or finance recruitment.
