Medipeople is growing, and we're looking for driven, professional recruiters to join our team in Byron Bay for our well established junior desk, placing hospital doctors across Australia. Your Role

You will hit the ground running with warm desks and existing clients across Australia. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment – Source, engage, and place medical professionals into roles across public and private hospitals in Australia.
  • Business Development – Maintain and grow relationships with key healthcare clients.
  • Candidate Care – Provide first-class service to doctors throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

We're Looking For

Previous experience in medical recruitment

Strong candidate sourcing and client management skills

A proactive, driven, and ethical approach to recruitment

Excellent communication and organisational skills
