**The Role**

The Home Care Employee is responsible for competently performing routine functions and duties within clients’ homes around the **Inner West and Eastern Suburbs** (e.g. Strathfield, Marrickville, Abbotsford, Concord).

**This is a PPT role and we require a minimum of 2 days availability; days and hours are negotiable based on our clients' requirements.**

**Your role will include**:

- Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating
- Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
- Social support & activities, including outings and social activities.
- Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties
- Domestic assistance, light household cleaning.
- Medication assistance

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or AIN qualifications **(essential)**:

- Compassionate interpersonal skills and an empathy with older people
- Current Australian driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle.
- Time management skills
- Reliable and trustworthy - our clients are dependent on you.
- Ability to work with mínimal to no supervision
- Proven Aged Care or NDIS services background
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently and remotely in customers’ homes and in the local community.
