General Manager – Multicultural Funerals
to lead our multicultural strategy and operations across Australia.

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape inclusive funeral services that truly reflect and support Australia's diverse communities.


What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Drive national multicultural strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Community Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with cultural and religious leaders.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Lead service delivery, staffing, and compliance across multiple sites.
  • Team Leadership:
    Mentor multicultural unit managers and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Collaboration:
    Work cross-functionally to embed cultural intelligence into business planning.
