Oasis Living Solutions is a clinician-led NDIS and aged care provider based in Central West NSW. We're all about personalised, person-centred support that empowers people living with disability to live with dignity, connection and independence.

We are expanding our amazing team of Support Workers across the Central West region and are looking for compassionate, reliable, values-driven people who want to make a real impact in the lives of others.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be working 1:1 with NDIS participants, supporting them in their home and in the community to achieve their goals and live life their way.

You'll assist with:

  • Personal care (as required)
  • Domestic tasks (cleaning, cooking, etc.)
  • Transport to appointments or activities
  • Community participation and social connection
  • Building skills for independence
  • Record keeping and incident reporting
  • Working collaboratively with families, therapists and support coordinators

What You Need to Have

Essential

  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • A person-centred, respectful, and empowering approach
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to work across a variety of shifts (early mornings, weekends, etc.)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (as per public health guidelines)

Desirable

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Community Services
  • Experience in disability support, aged care, mental health or community work
  • Understanding of the NDIS and its principles
