At Action Alliance, we are dedicated to safeguarding lives and property through innovative and compliant passive fire protection solutions. As a trusted name in the industry, we specialise in fire stopping, fire penetrations, and inspection services that ensure buildings meet the highest standards of fire safety and compliance.

We're on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on All-Rounder / Maintenance Driver to join our Passive Fire team in NSW. This role is ideal for someone practical, safety-focused, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support a wide range of site and warehouse activities.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting with day-to-day Passive Fire site works, general maintenance, and labouring tasks
  • Driving company vehicles to deliver materials, tools, and equipment across project sites
  • Loading, unloading, and moving stock and materials (forklift and manual handling)
  • Supporting trades and site teams with setup, clean-up, and general duties
  • Maintaining equipment, tools, and vehicles in safe working order
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently, following WHS standards
What we're looking for
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (manual licence preferred)
  • Forklift licence (LF) – essential
  • EWP licence
  • Experience in construction, maintenance, or labouring roles
  • A team player with a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Safety-conscious, proactive, and ready to pitch in wherever needed
