Location: Northern Beaches / North Shore, Sydney

Acorn Stairlifts is the Australian arm of the world's leading stairlift manufacturer and distributor. As the home-care industry continues to grow rapidly in Australia, now is the perfect time to join a business that's making a real difference in people's lives.

We're expanding our operations across Australia and are on the lookout for enthusiastic and capable Installation & Service Technicians to join our Sydney-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and the opportunity to work independently.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing, servicing, and repairing stairlifts in private homes across Northern Sydney
  • Traveling regularly to regional and interstate locations for installations and training
  • Working full-time with plenty of overtime opportunities
  • Starting and ending your day at home – paid door to door

You'll be supported with full training (2–4 weeks, paid), a company van, tools, and a phone. On average, technicians work around 45 hours per week.


What We're Looking For

You don't need prior stairlift experience – we'll train you. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Mechanically minded and confident using power tools
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment safely
  • A clear communicator who is tidy, well-presented, and respectful in customers' homes
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Holds a current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
