We are hiring for an Event Workforce Coordinator – Adelaide International to join our team to deliver the Adelaide International 2026. This is a full time, Max (fixed) term contract from September 2025 to January 2026 based in our offices at The Drive in North Adelaide.

As this is a seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December – January. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with internal teams to understand event workforce requirements (headcounts, functional areas).
  • Coordinating Team Quallies (volume assessment centre), Team Rally, and other information sessions.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection of the event workforce.
  • Managing and maintaining workforce information such as checks, personal details, and compliance records.
  • Supporting workforce induction, training, and being the first point of contact for workforce members.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous HR, events, or volunteer management experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build rapport easily, maintain confidentiality, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office applications
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
