Our venue is a well-established Italian restaurant located on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. Known for premium dining, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere, we are looking for a friendly and professional Host to join our Front of House team.

Role Overview:

As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage bookings, greet customers upon arrival, organise seating, and ensure a smooth and welcoming start to every dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the waitlist
  • Coordinate seating flow with the FOH team and management
  • Answer guest inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a host, receptionist, or FOH staff (preferred)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
