Retail Supervisor – Oporto

Salary: $69,000 per annum plus superannuation

Location: Avolta Cairns Airport

About the Role:

As a Retail Supervisor at Oporto, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant operations, leading a team to deliver excellent customer experiences while ensuring smooth, efficient service. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure we're maintaining the Oporto standard of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service

· Supervise and train team members, ensuring high performance

· Manage shifts and assist with staffing decisions

· Handle inventory, ordering, and stock management

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

· Drive sales and help achieve business targets

· Provide ongoing coaching and support to foster team development

What We're Looking For:

· Certificate IV in Retail or 3+ years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality management

· Proven leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· A passion for food and customer service
