Tiger Services Group is a leading provider of HVAC and electrical solutions across NSW, delivering high-quality installation, service, and maintenance works for commercial, government, and Defence clients. With a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service/Install Technician to join our growing team.


The Role

We are looking for a qualified technician who can carry out both installation and service works across a wide range of HVAC systems including split systems, ducted units, VRV/VRF, and commercial mechanical plant. The position will involve:

  • Attending reactive and scheduled service calls
  • Carrying out installations, upgrades, and retrofits
  • Conducting fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Liaising with clients, site managers, and internal teams
  • Completing all required paperwork and digital reporting

What We're Looking For
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
  • Current ARCtick licence
  • Experience with VRV/VRF, commercial systems, and mechanical ventilation
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
