As the Salon Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Leading by example by performing all Lash, Brow & Skin services
  • Lead and Inspire a talented team of stylists
  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring top tier service and efficiency
  • Manage bookings, budgeting and Inventory
  • Lead in salon training
  • Recruiting
  • Assist with coordinating monthly promotions, salon content and planning
  • Drive business growth through local marketing and promotions
  • Organised, motivated, and aligned with our values of integrity, empowerment, and luxury client care.
  • Advising clients on products that meet their skincare health
  • Is motivated by achieving KPIs and loves being rewarded for their efforts.
  • Well-groomed and presented and takes pride in their appearance

Experienced in:

  • Qualified experienced Cosmetic Tattooist
  • Advanced skin treatments (Skin Needling/Micro Dermabrasion/Peels/Dermaplaning)
  • Lash Lifts and Tinting
  • Brow Sculpting, Mapping and Tweezing
  • Brow Laminations
  • Creative, certified Lash Technician with experience in classics, hybrids and volume
  • Passionate about all things eye artistry and willing to learn the L&B way
  • Enthusiastic educator and retailer
  • Savvy content creator
  • Phorest software experience is a bonus

Mon - Fri 9:30am - 7:30pm
