Solution Architect – .NET / Azure (Hands-On)

We're looking for a Solution Architect who is just as comfortable designing enterprise-grade systems as they are rolling up their sleeves and cutting code. You'll play a key role in architecting modern solutions across the .NET 9 framework and Azure Cloud, shaping high-performing applications for a growing, global business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead solution design and architecture across complex .NET and Azure environments
  • Remain hands-on in coding, prototyping, and guiding implementation of critical systems
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals
  • Set coding and architecture standards, driving best practices across the development lifecycle
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability and performance

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Engineer in large-scale .NET environments
  • Strong technical proficiency in .NET 9, C#, Azure Cloud Services, and related frameworks
  • Hands-on development experience — you enjoy cutting code and solving problems at a deep technical level
  • Experience working with AI/ML
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A mindset focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
