From our Hornsby office, we are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Sales & Leasing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in commercial property sales within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries and actively engage with potential buyers and investors.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and sales campaigns.

  • Conduct property appraisals and prepare proposals for prospective clients.

  • Stay informed on market trends and provide insights to clients.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage client databases.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Class 2 Real Estate Licence (mandatory).

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial property.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Highly organised, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for achieving sales success.

  • Valid driver's license.
