What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across our business.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting across mixed role types including operations, administration, and various other functions throughout the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide clear, timely communication.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, creating talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through accurate updates and professional support.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks with precision and care.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment (internal or agency) or exposure to the transport industry.
  • Candidates with either transport/logistics industry experience or general recruitment experience are acceptable for this role.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience is required for this position.
  • A detail-oriented, conscientious approach with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/recruitment systems is a plus.
