We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as Frontline Manager on our Multipack Palletising line on Night Shift (10.30PM to 6.30am/Weekdays).

This role balances frontline leadership with administrative duties, driving performance across key business priorities while promoting team engagement, proactive communication, and smooth, collaborative operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop processing and packaging teams to build a culture of trust, collaboration and high performance

  • Drive team engagement through regular huddles, recognition, feedback and development planning to strengthen morale and accountability

  • Act as a hands-on proactive leader who resolves issues, maintains smooth operations and delivers on all AOP targets across output cost labour quality safety service and environment

  • Champion a strong safety and wellbeing culture while maintaining high standards of compliance reporting accuracy and operational execution

  • Optimise labour and resource management through effective workforce planning performance tracking cost-conscious operations and accurate inventory control

  • Use data-driven insights and continuous improvement methods to identify performance opportunities lead improvement initiatives and maintain alignment across all shifts


Qualifications
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets with a strong focus on continuous improvement and modern process control methods

  • Experienced people leader who can coach, develop and engage diverse teams while building a positive and inclusive work culture

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive effective collaboration

  • Skilled in delivering employee engagement initiatives that improve team cohesion, motivation and retention

  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong ownership, excellent planning abilities and a track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel or similar tools, enabling effective data interpretation, trend analysis and identification of improvement opportunities

  • Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, cost drivers and labour management, with experience in SAP, manufacturing automation and Lean or Lean Six Sigma preferred
