About the Role

El Toro Hotel in South West Sydney boasts a high volume VIP Gaming Room along with other facilities including but not limited to a Food & Beverage Operation, TAB/Keno, and Accomodation. Our valued patrons enjoy their experiences at the hotel due to our great customer service standards.

We are currently on the hunt for committed and experienced gaming attendants to join our team. The successful candidates will require good communication skills, be well presented, and understand the true meaning of great customer service. We want someone who is willing to go that extra step to ensure our valued patrons enjoy their VIP experience and in turn choose us as their go-to venue.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a medium to high-volume gaming room
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with strong problem-solving skills
  • Be a team player and work well with others
  • A positive and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility to work days, late nights and weekends
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Valid NSW RSA & RSA Competency card
  • A genuine passion for the customer service, hospitality, and gaming industry
