We're a new company to the Earthmoving industry but well and truly established in another industry which works alongside Earthmoving. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Earthmoving Operator to join our dynamic team If you have a passion for heavy machinery and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery, including excavators and skid steers, safely and efficiently.

  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project execution.

  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite.

  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

  • White Card (Construction Induction) must be obtained within 30 days of commencement.

Requirements:

  • At a minimum of a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) license is essential.

  • Proven experience operating excavators and skid steers.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating excavators and skid steers is required.

  • Strong understanding of earthmoving operations and equipment.

  • Experience working on mixed earthmoving projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
