Anytime Fitness Belmore - a successful club which is looking for a motivated and energetic member consultant/manager to drive the day-to-day operations of the club.

You will join a supportive, successful and young team with exceptional knowledge. Training will be provided for the right applicant. Every level applications welcome.

Essentials

  • Sales experience preferred not required
  • A vibrant personality, where talking to people comes naturally
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Energetic with exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships
  • Efficient time management skills
  • High sense of integrity, honesty, drive and self-motivation.
  • A passion for helping people through health and fitness
  • Be professional and well presented
  • A team player able to lead and manage staff
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends
  • Excellent ability to network and build lasting relationships with members and the community.

What is the focus of the role?

  • The Club Manager is responsible for management of the overall financial success of the club, through new member acquisition, existing member retention and all other revenue streams
  • Achieving monthly KPIs and financial reporting
  • Proactively seeking new membership opportunities
  • Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image in the community
  • Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.
  • Maintaining a high standard of club presentation and cleanliness.
