About the role

Nurture Early Learning is seeking full-time experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator (Diploma Qualified) to join our dynamic team in Victoria Park, WA. This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children, while being part of a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years
  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
  • Observe, document and assess children's progress to support their holistic development
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Collaborate with the educational team to continuously improve the quality of the program
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Educator
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
  • Creativity and flexibility to engage children in play-based learning
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to learn and grow
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a valid Working with Children Check
