About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and deliver memorable guest experiences across our bistro, bar, and outdoor spaces. Ideally, you'll bring some hospitality experience and a genuine passion for great service. In return, we'll support you with training, a fun and supportive team environment, and clear pathways for career growth within Oscars Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Present menus and provide recommendations to guests
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Anticipate customer needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
  • Process payments and operate the POS system effectively
  • Work closely with team members to maintain smooth service flow

About You:

  • Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality roles
  • Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Current RSA certificate essential
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
