We are recruiting for our client where you will join a collaborative team as a Building Estimator, where you'll price projects for quoting and tendering, set up SimPro templates, and help deliver quality outcomes for clients and communities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend sites and prepare accurate estimates for building and reinstatement works

  • Develop and manage project pricing for quotes and tenders

  • Set up and maintain job templates in SimPro software

  • Write and interpret scope of works documents as required

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during the quotation stage

  • Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and all relevant documentation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners

Key Selection Criteria

  • Building trade or construction qualification ideal, but not essential

  • At least 2 years' experience in estimating or a relevant trade

  • Strong computer literacy and experience with estimating software (SimPro highly regarded)

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

  • Understanding of OHS practices, regulations, and current market rates

  • Current driver's licence required
