We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

The Role:

  • ">
  • Coordinate and manage trades during restoration processes for buildings damaged by insurable events.">
  • Schedule estimator attendances across Regional VIC effectively in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).">
  • Communicate and negotiate with trades to track job progress.">
  • Liaise between insured parties and insurance companies.">
  • Resolve disputes or issues as required.">
  • Ensure all inspections, certificates, and relevant documentation is signed off.">
  • Work closely with estimators to ensure quotations are submitted in accordance with SLA's.">
  • Process invoices.">
  • Ensure purchase orders are sent out accurately and in a timely fashion.">

  • Strong customer service skills.">
  • Ability to work well under pressure.">
  • Construction background highly regarded, however not essential.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.">
  • Ability to develop strong relationships.">
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.">
  • Strong attention to detail.">
  • Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.">
  • Can-do and positive attitude.">
