Your Gig

As our Yoga Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the heart and soul of our Rozelle Studio. You will be a dedicated leader, a compassionate mentor, and a driving force behind our studio's growth and success. Your passion for yoga, your organizational skills, and your commitment to exceptional customer service and sales will be instrumental in creating a harmonious and thriving studio environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day studio operations, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive experience for all.
- Lead student services procedures, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for our students.
- Provide continuous support and check-ins to the studio team and teachers empowering them to deliver their best.
- Nurture the experience of students and team members, cultivating a culture of growth and personal development.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Actively contribute to converting sales and enhancing the customer/student experience.
