When you start your career as a Graduate with Morrows you'll be mentored by one of our experienced professionals they'll support you to develop your knowledge and skills to:
- Conduct thorough and systematic audit as per the procedures identified in CaseWare software.
- Identify and escalate issues with manager/director, including proposed resolutions.
- Assist with audit of larger/complex engagements, as well completing smaller, less complex audit engagements under manager/director supervision.
- Manage client correspondence and prepare/review financial statements.
- Assist in tasks as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and promoting a positive team environment.
- Ensure attention to detail by following established procedures and maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Develop skills in planning, organising, and managing time effectively to deliver on assigned tasks within set deadlines
What you'll need:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Commerce related field
- Some prior work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for learning
