Role Description

This is a causa Coach role at Kelly Sports located in Canberra, with flexibility for some remote work. As Coach, you will be responsible for planning and conducting sports programs, coaching children in fundamental sporting skills, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship, and promoting a fun and safe learning environment. You will also oversee program logistics and collaborate with other coaches to deliver quality sports programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coaching and developing sports programs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of child development and sports coaching principles
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different age groups and skill levels
  • Qualification in sports coaching or related field is a plus
  • First aid certification and Working with Children Check
