About the role

SP Air Conditioning is seeking experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Installers as well as motivated Apprentices to join our growing team in Sydney. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This is a hands-on position that requires working on-site in the Sydney area.

What you'll be doing

  1. Install, service and repair a range of commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  2. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing systems
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
  4. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service
  5. Maintain detailed records of all work performed
  6. Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or a relevant trade, or a willingness to complete an apprenticeship
  2. Demonstrated experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  5. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  6. Commitment to working safely and following all relevant regulations and procedures
