What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and/or Appliance Services
- Mentor and assess apprentices as they build confidence and hands-on skills
- Build strong relationships with learners and employers to support successful outcomes
- Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in shaping your schedule and making your mark
What You'll Bring
- Trade qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration and/or Appliance Services
- Refrigerant Handling License and Restricted Electrical License
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) – or be open to obtaining it
- Up-to-date industry knowledge and practical experience
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A passion for supporting others and sharing your skills
