Your Role

We're on the lookout for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to join our dynamic team. You'll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across an exciting mix of schemes— Workers Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance.

Core tasks of the role include:

  • Conducting single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments
  • Leading return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way
  • Being at the forefront of best-practice standards and innovative solutions for injury and disability management

What You'll Need

  • Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation highly regarded
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management
