About the Role

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a WHS Coordinator to effectively support the National Safety Team and National Safety Manager in the management of the company safety management system (RamAusSMS) and the promotion of work health and safety across the facility.

This position will be permanent full-time, reporting directly to the VIC Safety Manager.

Your Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in WH&S

• Experience in WH&S and demonstrated knowledge in relevant WH&S legislation

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective skills in planning, time management, problem solving and decision making

• Commitment to the achievement of excellent outcomes, with a strong sense of accountability and customer service

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment

• Experience within the health industry or a large organisation

Remuneration

A base annual salary of $100k - $115k + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements

• Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)

• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
