About Us

At Broken Bay Brewing Co, we're all about great beer, good times, and bringing people together. We're open to the Public on Friday - Sundays, and the rest of the week is all about private functions, ticketed events, and unique experiences.

The Role

We're seeking an energetic, organized, and creative Cook or Chef to run our kitchen and lend a hand to help out the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our Mexican style kitchen including the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items.
  • Maintain an appealing, consistent menu with seasonal updates.
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene cleanliness and safety are always upheld and front of mind.
  • Collaborate with management on menu planning, promotions, and customer feedback.

About You

·       Experience working in a fast paced commercial kitchen

·       Willing to lend a hand wherever required anywhere in the business.

·       Able to work weekends and flexibly during the week as required depending on what's on.

·       A team player with a can-do attitude
