Test Analysts (Oracle RMS)

Location: Mel / Syd / Bris

**PURPOSE**
The Test Analyst is responsible for the successful coordination and execution of solution testing activities within the System Testing, SIT, and UAT phases of the Supply Chain Program. By working closely with the Test Manager and stakeholders, the Test Analyst will assist with the development and execution of test plans within the Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key Responsibilities for a specific position)**
- Working closely with the Test Team to ensure timely completion of functional, integration, and other testing activities;
- Working closely with the project team and Test Manager to identify testing requirements;
- Coordinating and executing functional and integration testing activities;
- Develop and support testing activities to deliver quality solutions;
- Working closely with technical teams in resolving issues;
- Working collaboratively with Stakeholders and the Test Manager to ensure project requirements and testing activities are aligned;
- Managing Stakeholder expectations relating to testing processes and test tools;
- Participating in the successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives for the Program;
- Participate in the creation, review, and editing of the test plan for the different test levels of the project.
- Support UAT testing as well as Go-Live and BAU

**Skills required**:

- Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases
- _**Experience with Oracle RMS, Retail industry, and Supply Chain projects**_
- Join a strong team of professionals to deliver a raft of exciting initiatives within the Supply Chain project.
- Hands-on testing experience in all forms of testing including system, functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester with exposure to open source Automation tools
- Experience within the Retail industry
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance standards, methodologies, and processes
- Maintain the test environments and appropriate test data
- Ability to analyze User Stories, break them down into tasks and deliver test scope within Sprint Backlog
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and establish positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
