● Previous experience in healthcare is essential

ABOUT THE ROLE

PART TIME     3 DAYS am am

As our Front of House Coordinator, you'll be the face and voice of Bayside Family Dentistry — and the glue that holds the day together. You're not just answering phones — you're managing the flow, the vibe, and the patient experience from start to finish.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

● Managing bookings and patient flow across multiple clinicians

● Confirming upcoming appointments and following up with patients

● Handling cancellations with care and efficiency

● Contacting new patient leads and guiding them through their first visit

● Calling leads from paid advertising and nurturing them into bookings

● Managing all patient communication through our CRM

● Keeping our CRM automations tidy, accurate, and up to date

● Supporting the clinical team and anticipating needs before they arise

● Solving problems on the fly and keeping the day running smoothly

● Delivering 5-star service at every interaction — online, on the phone, and in person

● Working toward clear KPIs and performance benchmarks — because outcomes matter

$36/hr casual rate to start, with permanent part-time pathway available
