Lots of hours available with morning and day shifts on offer. **Your responsibilities will include**: - Creating an exceptional customer experience for each visitor by actively listening to their needs, sharing product insights, and exceeding their expectations. - Handling produce and showcasing it beautifully in our window displays and to customers. - Responding to customer inquiries via telephone with professionalism and accuracy. - Efficiently preparing customer orders, ensuring they are ready on time and as per the customers' request. - Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions smoothly. - Contributing to a fun and productive team experience. - Ensuring seamless communication with the Butchers to guarantee customer requirements are met. - Keeping the shop and equipment well-maintained through general cleaning and upkeep. **Who we're looking for**: We're all about positive energy, great product and making customers happy and we're looking for people who vibe with us: - Friendly, warm approach and positive attitude. - You've got a background in customer service, particularly in food. - Extra points if you've worked in meat or poultry retail - Great communicator - chatting comes easy to you, and you've got the gift of adapting well to different people and situations. - A true team player - supports their team get things done and hates the “that’s not my job” catchphrase as much as we do - Super reliable and displays a high degree of integrity - Have a keen interest in food and cooking and want to learn about produce and its preparation. **About Hagen's Organics** Established in 1999, Hagen's Organics is a second-generation family-run artisan butcher shop led by Oliver and Ruby Hagen.
