Role Overview:

We are seeking an ERP professional with
3+ years of ERP experience
who is eager to grow expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP projects
. The role involves coordinating between developers, customers, and stakeholders to support
customization, implementation, and support activities
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to gather requirements, document processes, and provide functional input.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP customizations.
  • Support
    implementation activities
    , including configuration, UAT, and deployment.
  • Provide
    post-go-live support
    and resolve issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical consultants to align solutions with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum
    3 years of ERP experience
    (any ERP system).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across
    Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales
    .
  • Willingness to
    learn and specialize
    in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both customers and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with
    documentation, testing, and user training
    is an advantage.
